Precautionary detention on the ship
The project deals with studying the provisions of precautionary seizure on the ship, and the extent of their effectiveness in guaranteeing the rights of the creditor and debtor, by researching the concept of precautionary seizure on the ship, and defining the conditions and procedures that the creditor requesting the seizure must take into account to place the precautionary seizure on the ship.
