As part of enhancing academic communication and supporting the educational process, Hawash Private University welcomed Monday, May 26, 2025, Dr. Haitham Hassan, Associate Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and, uh. He was accompanied by Dr. Hossam Abdel Rahman, the ministry’s director of planning and international relations .

They were welcomed by Prof . Dr. Michel Nicola, President of the University, and the two Vice Presidents of the University Prof. Dr. Refaat Wahbi“for Administrative Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ali Abu Sulaiman For scientific affairs, in addition to Dr. Mikhail DaoudDirector of Dr. Farzat Ayoub University Hospital, and Dr.. “Ruwad Ayoub The hospital’s administrative manager.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance and develop the educational process and the importance of involving university hospitals in community health initiatives, especially in the field of health prevention and awareness.

The visit concluded with an introductory tour of Dr. Farzat Ayoub University Hospital, where the delegation was briefed on the mechanism of the free campaign for early detection of cancer, the reception of patients and the medical services provided. Dr. Haitham Hassan expressed his pride in the efforts of the university and Dr. Farzat Ayoub University Hospital, stressing the ministry’s support for initiatives that promote education and community service.

Within the framework of strengthening cooperation between between the Faculty of Pharmacy at Hawash Private University and the Syndicate of Pharmacistsa delegation from the syndicate’s branch in Homs governorate visited the university. The delegation included Secretary of the branch, Dr. Yamen Salqini, and members of the branch council, Dr. Suad Al-Nakdali, Dr. Saada Hammoud, and Dr. Anton Jabour.

The meeting opened with a welcoming speech by Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mazen Salloum In the presence of Vice Dean for Administrative Affairs Dr. Yousef Waqaf During the meeting, the delegation discussed ways to enhance and develop cooperation in the scientific and professional fields in order to contribute to the advancement of the pharmacy profession and enhance its role in society. Dr. Farzat Ayoub University HospitalThe visit coincided with the launch of the Early detection campaign for breast and cervical cancer in women and prostate cancer in men. The tour started from the hospital’s pharmacy and passed through the rest of the departments to the Faculty of Cosmetology.

ABSTRACT :

study aims to know the role of the human requirements, technical, and managerial of the electronic management method in improving public service within the Electronic Citizen Service Center (ECSC), and investigate the differences in individuals’ viewpoints in their evaluation of these requirements and their evaluation of service performance according to their demographic characteristics differences, To achieve this objective, The researcher, relied on a convenient, non-probability sample rather than restricting or limiting this internet-based community. We posted the survey link on several social media channels. SPSS software was used to display and analyze the study results.The importance is highlighted by highlighting the role that e-administration can play in improving public service in the Syrian Telecommunications Company, and contributing to enriching the library’s balance regarding studies that address e-services in government institutions.

The study reached the following results :

There is a statistically significant role for the technical, human, and administrative requirements of the e-Citizen Service Center in improving the quality of public service. There are also “statistically significant differences in the sample members’ responses to the study variables, attributable to differences in their personal characteristics or demographic, which is the gender variable.

Hawash Private University students who helped extinguish the fire in the warehouse of the Faculty of Pharmacy are honored

In a gesture of appreciation and gratitude, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Michel Nicolas President of Hawash Private University, and Prof. Dr. Refaat Wahbi Vice President for Administrative Affairs, andProf. Dr. Ali Abu Suleiman Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, andProf. Dr. Mazen Salloum Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy On Friday morning, 16/5/2025, a group of university students were honoredwho showed great courage and responsibility during the recent fire that broke out in the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Dr. Nicola presented thank you cards to these students as an expression of the university’s gratitude for their effective efforts that contributed to controlling the fire and limiting its damage. In his speech, the university president emphasized that what the students did embodies the spirit of belonging and awareness, and reflects the human and national values that we cherish at Hawash Private University. .
